Grace, a rising senior at Livingston High School, has been in Teaching4Charity since its founding in 2021. Since then, Grace has served as one of T4C's teachers, designing and teaching art courses. As the new executive director, Grace is looking forward to expanding the T4C tutoring branches across the states. Additionally, Grace is now managing T4C’s staff of 20+ team members, overseeing general operations, and directing new projects.

With a passion in public speaking and future lawyer, Olivia is passionate about helping students find their voice. A rising junior at Livingston High School and public speaking teacher Olivia looks forward to organizing and sharing her love for learning within her community.

Jerry Ji, a rising junior at Livingston High School, is the assistant executive director. Jerry has worked ardently to help the community through Teaching4Charity. Jerry is excited to help the younger generation excel in school and life. As he continues on with his career, Jerry is excited to make an impact on the world through his actions.

Simon is a rising senior with a passion for both athletics and academics. He thrives in environments that challenge both his physical and intellectual capabilities. His dedication to volleyball is evident from his achievement in reaching the USA Volleyball Nationals, a milestone that marks both his skill and commitment to the sport. Off the court, he immerses myself in the world of books, which fuels his love for learning and discovery. Known for being fun and collaborative, Simon brings a positive energy to teams, balancing lightheartedness with a focus and seriousness when goals are on the line. His ability to work well with others enhances not only his sports and academic pursuits but also enriches his interpersonal relationships.

Claire Gao is a high school student, instructor, and the Social Media Director at Teaching4Charity. She’s taught public speaking to students from elementary to middle school and has helped grow student enrollment through outreach and consistent engagement. Claire is excited to serve on the board because it allows her to support an organization that uses education to give back. She enjoys creating content that highlights student success and spreads awareness about the impact of charitable teaching. Being part of the board gives her the chance to contribute behind the scenes while helping Teaching4Charity reach more people.

Yolanda Cheung is a rising senior at Livingston High School and the director of development at Teaching4Charity. This is her first year being involved in the board team. As the director of development, she is excited to bring fresh energy and new ideas to the organization. In her role, Yolanda looks forward to building meaningful partnerships, expanding outreach efforts, and helping Teaching4Charity grow its impact. She is passionate about education equity and is eager to support the organization’s mission through innovative development strategies

Spencer Kessler is a high school student and one of the two Directors of Marketing at Teaching4Charity. He has multiple years of marketing experience and has contributed to the marketing operations of 3 organizations! Spencer is excited to serve on the board because it opens up many opportunities for him to use in the future and gives back to the community through education. He enjoys creating presentations and collaborating with others to expand the social media presence of the organization. Being part of the board gives him the chance to contribute to the organization positively while showing others the organization in a fun way.

Reesha Sawant is a rising high school senior, teacher, and one of the two marketing directors at Teaching4Charity. This is her second year as a part of the marketing team with T4C and her first year as a teacher. Reesha has worked in outreach and social media management for many different initiatives and wanted to join T4C to get more experience with outreach and marketing through the organization.  She is excited to participate in Teaching4Charity as a director and as a teacher, and she hopes to reach more students, tutors, and teachers and impact the community with her efforts. 

Ryan Chen is a sophomore at Livingston High School and one of the two Directors of Tutoring at Teaching4Charity. In his role, Ryan helps oversee the tutoring program, connecting students with dedicated tutors and supporting their academic success. He joined Teaching4Charity to make a positive impact through education and is passionate about helping students build confidence and reach their goals. As a board member, Ryan looks forward to expanding the tutoring branch, launching new initiatives, and contributing to Teaching4Charity’s mission of giving back through learning.
